Under 2015 har fler f\u00f6retag anpassat sig till handel mellan flera olika kanaler och anammat tekniken som g\u00f6r detta m\u00f6jligt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Men enligt en rapport fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketingtechnews.net\/news\/2016\/feb\/25\/rise-mobile-commerce-and-brands-do-it-best\/\">Marketing Tech <\/a>och <a href=\"http:\/\/www.episerver.com\/knowledge-base\/research--reports\/global-mobile-commerce-2015\/?utm_source=marketing-tech-blog-post&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=CS-DC-2016-mobile-commerce-benchmark-UKI\">Episerver<\/a>\u00a0finns det fortfarande mycket utrymme f\u00f6r f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring, \u00e4ven om m\u00e5nga nordiska f\u00f6retag lyckas erbjuda en mobilupplevelse som kunderna vill ha.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Omni-channel har visat sig vara en v\u00e4xande trend, vilket syftar p\u00e5 en slags multitasking medan du handlar. Exempelvis kan det h\u00e4r betyda att en kund anv\u00e4nder sin mobil samtidigt som han eller hon slutf\u00f6r ett k\u00f6p i butiken. Hur effektiv den h\u00e4r metoden \u00e4r syntes bland annat i amerikanarnas <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2015\/11\/28\/thanksgiving-online-sales\/#.mxeec8m:Sai2\">handel f\u00f6r Thanksgiving<\/a>, d\u00e5 ca 40 % slutf\u00f6rde sina k\u00f6p via en mobil enhet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Att f\u00e5nga upp konsumenterna i den &#8221;digitala d\u00f6da-vinkeln&#8221;, allts\u00e5 mellan offline och online, b\u00f6r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta prioritet\u00a0f\u00f6r alla akt\u00f6rer inom e-handel. Vilka f\u00f6retag \u00e4r det d\u00e5 som lyckas b\u00e4st? En v\u00e4rldsvid oberoende studie baserad p\u00e5 5000 konsumenter och 100 f\u00f6retag i fem olika regioner visar vilka f\u00f6retag som var b\u00e4st p\u00e5 &#8221;omni-channel&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">H\u00e4r \u00e4r de fem b\u00e4sta omni-f\u00f6reagen i Norden:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">IKEA <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s3\">zalando.se<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s3\">foetex.dk<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s3\">bilka.dk<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s3\">apotek.no<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c4ven om ovanst\u00e5ende f\u00f6retag lyckats att erbjuda shopping via olika kanaler p\u00e5 ett smart s\u00e4tt, visade den internationella studien fr\u00e5n Marketing Tech att m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag \u00e4nnu inte har anpassat sig till kunden. De tv\u00e5 vanligaste klagom\u00e5len fr\u00e5n konsumenterna var att f\u00f6retagens mobilapplikationer var f\u00f6r sl\u00f6a eller sv\u00e5ra att navigera i.
